Made the pencils as part of my submission to the Top Cow Talent hunt. Thought of giving it some colors,
More about the process below.
Here´s the process coloring and adding the rain, used stuff like add noise and clouds..basically spent a lot of time trying some filters for the rain.Wanted it Intense but not so intense that it would shadow the character.
I used a photo reference to help me with the color. (photo below)
